General•Gosnipe caused me to loose my auction

  Hey guys,
  
  It is my first time trying gosnipe and it failed to snipe my auction. I was very eager for this item so I'm dissapointed. I should have just bid manually instead of relying on this. My max bid was set at $63 and the winning bid was $62.15, and it said 'outbid'...something is wrong...

  This loss is due to bid increment requirements. On eBay auctions, you can't just bid a penny more and win the auction - you must bid in specific increments depending on the price. In this case, you must have bid $63.15 in order to win the auction (click on the Outbid link on the snipe page to see what goSnipe saw when it tried to place your bid). You can avoid this next time by telling goSnipe to automatically meet increment requirements in your account settings page on goSnipe.com
