Support•SNIPE ERROR

  I have a snipe bid in but can't snipe another item. It says error were working on it ,We'll get back to you.It's been a couple hours, no change. I'm worried it won't snipe the item I sniped a day ago, the auction ends in an hour. Can I count on snipe to send my bid if it's already on my bid list and giving me an error message right now? It also gave me an error message when I tried to get support.Should I just bid on E-bay? Help I only have an hour to figure it out !!

  Sorry about the difficulties - we'll get right on this. So you can snipe one item, but if you try to snipe a second you get this error?
