  I recently lost an auction that the goSnipe service did not even attempt to bid on. The auction ended with zero bids however the goSnipe service shows I was outbid.

  I see two bids for your username - one which was won, and the other which was outbid. Are there more?

  The one that is showing that I was outbid actually ended with zero bids. That means that no one bid ... not even goSnipe on my behalf.
